Fresh Flowers

At Gava Gifts, we prioritize delivering your heartfelt sentiments on time and in the freshest, most beautiful condition. Due to the seasonal and regional nature of flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary. We strive to maintain the overall look and feel of your arrangement, focusing on shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the flower type will take precedence over color. For example, if you order yellow daisies, we may substitute with another color of daisies rather than a different yellow flower. Similarly, white roses may be substituted with cream roses, and peach roses with pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may be exchanged for white orchids, and vice versa.

Non-Perishable Gift Items

If you are unsatisfied with a non-perishable gift item, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, as indicated on your receipt.

Balloons

Please note that some hospitals do not permit latex balloons. In such cases, we may substitute Mylar balloons for latex balloons in your order.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made as necessary. For unique plants, such as orchids, we will attempt to match the plant type, but the color may vary. Plant containers will be as similar as possible to the original.

Gift Baskets

Substitutions within a gift basket may be made with items of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions

To ensure timely delivery for special occasions such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, we may make substitutions of equal or greater value if the requested flowers are unavailable. If we are unable to contact you via the provided phone number or email address, we will substitute the closest available flowers or colors.
